VALRHONA Premium Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder - 3kg

A very pure and intense cocoa taste, with a very warm red mahogany colour. Valrhona offers you this 100% cocoa sugar-free powder, with exceptional finesse and intense flavour for delicious chocolate drinks or for gourmet recipes.

To make your hot drink, mix two teaspoons of cocoa and the required amount of sugar with a little of hot full fat milk, then add the rest of the milk (40ml - scant 1/4 cup). It is exceptionally long-lingering.

  • This product is Kosher certified (Triangle K - Pareve)
  • Dutch processed. (With alkali)

Composition:

  • 100% cocoa
  • 21% cacao butter fat content

Storage: Keep in a dry, cool place at between 60.8/64.4 °F (16/18 °C)
