Preparation and Cooking Instructions
  • YOU WILL NEED:
  • 1 Full Package Dr. Oetker Calorie Reduced Mousse Mix, 4 L Cold Skim Milk, Electric Mixer with minimum 10 L bowl.
  • 1. Empty full package of mousse mix into mixer bowl.
  • 2. Add cold skim milk.
  • 3. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl.
  • 4. Mix at low speed for 1 minute.
  • 5. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
  • 6. Cover the blender.
  • 7. Whip at high speed for 5 minutes or until peaks form.
  • 8. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
  • 9. Refrigerate unused portions
