SOSA Proespuma Hot is a powdered foaming agent specially designed for preparing hot espumas, foams, and aerated mousses using a siphon. It helps stabilize emulsions and aerated textures under heat, reducing the need for added fats while maintaining structure and consistency.

Ideal for creating hot, siphon-dispensed foams and light preparations with long-lasting volume, Proespuma Hot works with a wide range of liquids and is heat-stable and freezable.

Use & Preparation

• Mix with liquid while heating

• Stir vigorously to dissolve

• Heat between 50–70 °C (120–160 °F) for activation

• Load into a siphon and charge as usual
