Master Shine is a liquid UHT plant based egg wash alternative. It is made with a vegetable protein that gives an excellent shine and color in the finish of different pastry and bakery preparations.
UHT product for bakery use. Coat your loafs of bread, croissants, and buns with master shine before baking for an excellent shine every time. Plant based, dairy free, and unsweetened.
Shake before use. Can be used pure or diluted with water until 30%.
Ingredients: water, pea proteins, sunflower oil, maize starch, glucose syrup.
Format: 10L Bag in Box. Also available in case of 12 x 1L briks.
Shelf-life: 360 days between 2 and 20 Ā°C in a dry place. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and use within 3-4 days.
