It is easy to set the knob for just the right amount of pressure for dosing to be poured (from 1 to 5 cl) and is graduated in cl and oz. Accurate and neat work are easily obtained with the flexible syringe system which stops flow between 2 pressures. The 0.75 L capacity tube is transparent and allows the user to see how much is left.
