Use as a vegetarian mother sauce to create derivatives, such as a mushroom gravy or Dijonnaise. Use as the base for sauce-based dishes, such as a beef bourgignon. Thicken and enhance the drippings from roasts and stews.

Mix: \100 g\4.5 kg Cold Water: \125 mL\5 L
Boiling Water: \875 mL\40 L
Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Ingredients: Corn starch, Sugars (dextrose), Salt, Canola oil, Dehydrated vegetables (potatoes, onions, tomatoes, garlic), Caramel, Hydrolyzed soy protein, Yeast extract, Disodium guanylate, Disodium inosinate, Citric acid, Spices, Herbs.
